The role

In this growth perspective, we intend to hire a Sales Representative:
What you'll do
- Prospecting new Clients and new business opportunities;
- Planning the customer approach with a value proposition to clients, through structured customer visits, with decisions based on data, through diagnostics, proposals, and sales closures;
- Executing the customer approach planning, by conducting needs assessments, monitoring service levels, and clarifying and resolving issues;
- Obtaining agreements with the parties involved in the project, properly managing conflicts of interest, exchanging concessions for considerations in a profitable manner, and ensuring trust to create value in the future relationship with the client;
- Managing and monitoring existing and new Clients;
- Among other tasks necessary within the scope of your role.
- Providing technical and administrative support;
- Offering support in the daily management of commercial activity;
- Commercial analysis and reporting:
- Territory;
- Surrounding areas;
- Opportunities and Risks.
