Online Data Analyst - Digital Sales & Marketing

We are DIGI Portugal, a new Telecommunications Company in the Portuguese market, part of the DIGI Group, which has over 30 years of history and is present in several European countries (Romania, Spain, Italy, etc.).

We are looking for talent who want to build a success story with us in Portugal.

In this growth perspective, we intend to hire a Digital Data Analyst to ensure the operationality and good maintenance of the company's facilities, guaranteeing adequate conditions of security, functionality, and comfort. To act preventively and correctively, in coordination with external service providers, minimizing interruptions to the organization's activity.

Responsible for analyzing the performance of digital and sales channels, identifying improvement opportunities in the funnel, and contributing directly to sales growth and conversion optimization.

End-to-end digital funnel analysis (traffic → coverage → order → installation)

KPI tracking: sales, conversion (CR), CPL, CPA, volume, and efficiency per channel

Identification of improvement opportunities on the web (UX/UI) and acquisition channels

Creation and maintenance of dashboards (Looker Studio / Power BI)

Analysis of digital marketing campaigns and impact on sales

Support in the definition and analysis of A/B tests

Detection of anomalies or performance drops

Collaboration with Marketing, Product/Digital, and Operations teams

Generation of actionable insights and concrete improvement proposals

Experience in business-oriented data analysis

Google Analytics (GA4)

Looker Studio / Power BI

SQL (valued)

Advanced Excel

Valued: Python and experience in telco, ecommerce, or lead generation

Strong orientation towards results and performance

Ability to transform data into concrete actions

Proactivity and autonomy

Good communication with non-technical teams

Attention to detail with a global business vision
