Warehouse Supervisor

We are DIGI Portugal, a new Telecommunications Company in the Portuguese market, part of the DIGI Group, which has over 30 years of history and is present in several European countries (Romania, Spain, Italy, etc.).

In this growth perspective, we intend to hire a Warehouse Supervisor (M/F) for Leiria, with the following duties:

- Coordinate and execute the activities of receiving, checking, and storing goods;

- Ensure the preparation of picking orders and dispatch of materials;

- Manage return processes, ensuring correct physical and IT processing

- Participate in and ensure the execution of periodic and rotating inventories, promoting stock accuracy

- Perform and validate records in the ERP\WMS system, ensuring the integrity and traceability of information

- Monitor stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions

- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards

- Accompany the operational team on the ground, ensuring continuous training and achievement of objectives

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistical and operational processes

- Experience in similar roles.

- Valid training and work experience operating a forklift (mandatory);

- Good knowledge of tools in this area;

- Experience with Primavera software (preferred factor);

- Intermediate knowledge of Excel;

- Intermediate knowledge of English will be an asset.

- Organized and methodical profile.
