Wholesale & Business Controlling Analyst

In this growth perspective, we are looking for a dynamic and versatile professional, with 3 to 4 years of experience, to join our multidisciplinary Wholesale & Business Controlling team. Depending on the candidate's profile and experience, the role may involve cross-functional responsibilities in the areas of Management Control, Wholesale Operations, and Reporting.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and monitoring of Budget, Forecast, and Business Plan processes;
• Perform variance analyses and monitor business performance;
• Monitor costs, margins, and profitability;
• Define and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs;
• Prepare business cases to support management decision-making;
• Participate in monthly financial closing activities;
• Develop dashboards and executive presentations;
• Provide operational support to Wholesale activities, namely:
• Preparation and validation of billing information;
• Control of revenues and costs;
• Coordination with operators and business partners;
• Prepare management reports and operational analyses;
• Prepare reports intended for external regulatory entities;
• Collect and consolidate market and business performance data;
• Ensure the consistency, quality, and reliability of data;
• Support reporting automation initiatives and continuous process improvement.

Profile and Competencies

• Higher education in Management, Economics, Finance, Business Management, Engineering, or a similar field;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Dynamic, proactive profile oriented towards detail;
• Ability to work cross-functionally with different business areas and stakeholders;
• Good organizational and communication skills;
• Experience in Management Control, Reporting, Financial Operations, or Wholesale Operations;
• Familiarity with KPI analysis, financial reporting, and operational processes.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel knowledge - mandatory;
• SQL knowledge will be valued;
• Experience with Reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) tools will be valued.
• Fluent English - mandatory;
• Spanish knowledge will be valued
