The role
Secil is a leading business Group whose activity is based on the production and marketing of cement, concrete, aggregates, mortars, and hydraulic lime.
With the aim of strengthening the structure of one of its companies, Seciltek is looking for a person to join the Sales team, in the Customer Management - Resale area, operating in the Lisbon area. Reporting to the Resale Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
What you'll do
Monitor and analyze the evolution and market trends under your responsibility;
Manage and energize the customer portfolio in the Resale channel;
Identify new business opportunities in the Construction sector and strengthen relationships with both resellers and product applicators;
Energize the Resellers' business through strategic marketing actions at points of sale;
Ensure efficient order management;
Planning and management of collections;
Provide after-sales support to your customers;
Convert business opportunities into sales, ensuring the tripartite relationship between reseller, construction site, and applicator;
Report indicators relating to your commercial activity.
Profile
Higher Academic Education in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or other (preferably);
Minimum professional experience of 3 years in the commercial area;
Professional experience related to the Industry or Construction/Materials sector is a preferred factor;
Good communication skills, both written and oral;
Strong negotiation skills and results orientation;
Structured thinking and good planning skills;
Driver's license;
Availability for travel;
Knowledge of English (preferred);
IT knowledge from a user perspective.
