Requirements
What we're looking for
Completed Secondary Education (mandatory minimum);
Professional Title of Occupational Safety Technician - Level IV, valid and issued by the ACT (mandatory);
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in an industrial or construction environment;
Good knowledge of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and EMAS Regulation standards;
Nice to have
Pedagogical Competence Certificate (CCP Trainer) - valued;
Experience in technical audits in the area of Occupational Health and Safety;
Proactivity, rigor, good communication skills, and teamwork.

With a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence, we intend to strengthen the Maceira Factory team by hiring an Occupational Safety Technician (level IV).
What you'll do
Ensure operational control on the ground, ensuring compliance with legal and internal safety requirements, as well as the rules applicable to the activities carried out;
Perform regular inspections and technical visits to the facilities, identifying non-conformities, monitoring their resolution, and promoting continuous improvement; it may be necessary to perform these visits during night shifts, according to operational requirements;
Coordinate with different internal areas and external entities the documentary control and verification of the legal requirements applicable to workers and service providers;
Execute safety training and awareness actions, reinforcing the preventive culture and promoting safe behaviors among employees and third parties;
Participate in the investigation of accidents, near-misses, and unsafe situations, ensuring the processing of information and contributing to risk mitigation;
Support the implementation of the company's Safety Policy, including the management of emergency situations, conducting drills, and monitoring occupational health and safety systems.
