The role
SECIL is a leading business Group whose activity is based on the production and marketing of cement, ready-mix concrete, aggregates, mortars, and hydraulic lime.
In order to reinforce the Logistics Center, with the possibility of working in Alcochete to be closer to the consumer, achieve greater logistical efficiency, and provide better service, Secil Betão carries out the concrete logistics service process in a centralized manner.
What you'll do
· Analysis of data relating to operational logistics, seeking and proposing improvement opportunities;
· Analysis of logistics processes and performance, assisting the operation in its development;
· Cooperate with all stakeholders in the supply chain (logistics, production, and commercial);
· Preparation of daily and monthly management reports;
· Develop analyses and analytical tools for the sector;
· Implement and develop Logistics and Planning KPIs;
· Contribute to the construction of the annual budget, monitoring logistical budget execution;
· Support the development and implementation of operational tools, specifically in the improvement of IT systems for planning, scheduling, and monitoring execution.
Profile
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Logistics, Distribution, Industrial Management, or similar (preferred);
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles;
• Strong analytical sense and orientation towards problem-solving;
• Structured thinking and good planning capacity;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Knowledge of analytical technology (Excel, PowerBi) and management of large volumes of data;
• High team spirit and proactivity.
