The role
Secil is a leading business Group, active in the production and marketing of cement, ready-mix concrete, aggregates, mortars, and hydraulic lime.
In order to reinforce the Maintenance Area, we are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Operator for our Outão Factory.
What you'll do
- Provide Technical support to the Maintenance Area of the Outão Factory in the various activities under its responsibility;
- Operationalize the activities developed, in compliance with Quality, Environment, and Safety standards and current procedures;
- Develop inspection Maintenance plans and execute preventive actions, as well as monitor and implement corrective and preventive measures;
- Accompany technicians on inspection visits and work preparation;
- Monitor ongoing optimizations and participate in troubleshooting, coordinating your field activity with the other operational units of the Factory, in order to ensure compliance with the Maintenance plan;
- Develop execution metrics for maintenance work and applications within the scope of L4.0
Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar activities or in an industrial environment (preferred);
- Knowledge of the cement production process or industry (preferred);
- Sensitivity to working with precision equipment;
- Good knowledge of maintenance (from a user perspective).
