Cement Process Operator – Outão Plant

Secil is a leading business Group whose activity is based on the production and marketing of cement, concrete, aggregates, mortars, and hydraulic lime. In order to reinforce the Manufacturing team in the Cement area at the Secil - Outão Plant, this person will have the following main responsibilities:

• Operational activities under the cement and clinker manufacturing process, namely active monitoring, sample collection, unblocking, and/or industrial cleaning.

• Analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of operational breakdowns associated with the manufacturing process, using appropriate tools within the scope of their competencies.

• Execution of clinker and cement production plans, in order to ensure compliance from both a quantity and quality standpoint, safeguarding legal, environmental, and internal procedural requirements.

• Recording and reporting of information in accordance with the activities assigned by the functional manager to whom they will report, whether manually or digitally.

• Activities involving high-pressure cleaning and/or Cardox, at the level of the grate cooler and cyclone tower, which include unblocking cyclones.

• Execution of all types of local and manual activity regarding the combustion line and fuels, namely the fuel line, boilers, and burner.

• 12th year of schooling or equivalent technical-professional education (preferred);

• Professional work experience in production areas, namely shift teams (preferred).

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an industrial environment;

• High capacity for planning and teamwork;

• High sense of responsibility and organization;

• Capacity for analysis, autonomy, dynamism, and critical thinking.
