Partnership and Negotiation Manager | Medical Network

• Degree in Management, Administration, Health, or commercial areas;

• Previous experience in client contact, prospecting, or partner management roles (preferably in the healthcare sector);

• Ease in communicating and negotiating via telephone and email;

• Good organization and attention to detail;

• Proficiency in digital tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM);

• Driver's license and availability for occasional national travel.

We are in a growth phase and are looking for a person for the Partnership Management position to strengthen our national medical network through prospecting, negotiation, and the development of relationships with clinics and healthcare providers.

• Identify and contact new healthcare providers;

• Negotiate commercial conditions for the client and create sustainable partnership relationships;

• Map the market and propose strategic opportunities for network growth;

• Work together with internal teams to improve the experience of providers and clients.
