1 year of previous experience in customer service (CS) roles.
Availability to manage a high volume of calls.
Experience in the banking/financial sector is valued.
Completion of secondary education (12th grade), as well as relevant experience in a call center or debt recovery.
Experience in the banking sector or in financial institutions.
Good IT skills.
Strong reasoning and negotiation skills.
You stand out for your active listening and empathy towards people, you work well in a team, and you possess a strong orientation towards results and the customer.
