Requirements
What we're looking for
Minimum professional experience of 3 years, preferably in an industrial context;
Good knowledge of SAP, specifically in requisition management, material reservations, and purchasing processes;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel;
Nice to have
Ease of communication and interpersonal relationships, with the ability to coordinate with different teams;
Autonomy, proactivity, and problem-solving skills;
Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
Education & certifications
12th grade of schooling, preferably complemented by training in administrative, logistics, or similar areas;

We are looking for an Operational Support Technician to join our Fábrica do Outão, with strong organizational skills, a practical mindset, and ease of interpersonal relationships, capable of supporting teams in their day-to-day activities and contributing to the smooth running and efficiency of operations.
What you'll do
Ensure operational support to the shift teams, responding to day-to-day needs;
Prepare, update, and monitor shift schedules, including handovers, schedule changes, and overtime;
Manage purchase requisitions, material and equipment reservations, and other administrative processes through SAP;
Support stock management, consumption recording, and coordination with the warehouse and suppliers;
Ensure coordination with the Human Resources, Maintenance, and other factory teams;
Organize and monitor team training actions, ensuring the respective records and reports;
Perform operational recordings and prepare supporting information for internal reporting and legal and environmental obligations;
Support the resolution of unforeseen situations, contributing to the continuity and efficiency of operations.
Profile
