What we're looking for
Higher education in Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a relevant field;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management;
Knowledge of the construction sector and/or construction materials, preferably mortars;
Ability to analyze and prepare business cases;
Proficiency in analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Power BI (preferably);
Strong analytical capacity, strategic vision, and orientation towards results and the customer;
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different areas;
Organization, planning, priority management, and decision-making ability.
The role

In order to reinforce the structure of one of the Group's companies, Seciltek is looking for a person to join the Commercial team. Their main mission will be to strategically manage the portfolio of mortar products and solutions, ensuring their alignment with the business strategy and market needs.
What you'll do
Manage and develop the portfolio of mortar products and systems, aligned with SecilTek's strategy;
Define technical solutions suitable for each market segment and region;
Manage the product lifecycle, from development and launch to optimization or discontinuation;
Define focus products by segment and market, in coordination with the Commercial and Marketing areas;
Support the commercial team with information and technical training, application solutions, and training actions;
Monitor commercial performance, profitability, and portfolio margins;
Work cross-functionally with internal teams, customers, and specifiers, collecting feedback and adjusting solutions to market needs;
Analyze trends, competition, and positioning, identifying opportunities for innovation and portfolio evolution;
Support the development of campaigns and monitor brand activation actions at events.
