Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Management, Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent experience in a similar operational role;
2 to 4 years of experience in operational fleet management, mobility, insurance/accidents, or equivalent roles;
Ability for clear and pragmatic communication, helping employees navigate fleet matters with simple and solution-oriented instructions;
Good ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams, with a focus on the rapid and effective resolution of problems;
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple processes in parallel;
Comfort working with operational databases and reporting.

To keep this operation running with quality and efficiency, we are looking for a Fleet Operational Manager for the People Operations area.

What you'll do

Support employees in identifying the best solution in each situation (who to contact, what steps to follow, what to do, what documentation to prepare), guiding them clearly and efficiently;
Manage the day-to-day operations of the NOS vehicle fleet, ensuring the monitoring of the entire vehicle life cycle and recording, updating, and monitoring relevant information in internal systems;
Work closely with suppliers (leasing companies, workshops, insurance companies, car brands, Via Verde, Galp Frota, and other mobility partners) to ensure service quality and compliance with deadlines;
Monitor the vehicle fleet, ensuring inventory, information on the status of each vehicle, mileage, maintenance, inspections, and insurance, guaranteeing legal and operational compliance;
Manage corrective maintenance and accidents (opening, monitoring, relationship with insurance companies/workshops and drivers), ensuring speed of resolution, cost control, and safety;
Support the control of operational costs associated with the fleet (accidents, maintenance, replacement vehicles, car washes, fuel, Via Verde, and other associated services);
Coordinate vehicle deliveries and returns, from documentation preparation to collection/delivery logistics, ensuring a simple experience for the employee;
Manage reconditioning, repair, and preparation processes for vehicles for new users or returns to leasing companies/brands.
