Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher academic degree in Engineering, Management, Industrial Management, Economics, or a similar field;
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the area of Facilities Management or related roles, ideally with involvement in employee experience initiatives and process transformation;
Solid negotiation skills and experience in managing large-scale contracts and budgets;
Strong analytical capacity, critical thinking, and ease in translating data into action plans and business decisions;
Continuous improvement mindset and focus on operational efficiency and service quality;
Profile with high autonomy, the ability to challenge constructively, propose new approaches, and add value to the teams they work with;
Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and create alignment around the area's priorities;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
Experience with automation tools.

In order to continue guaranteeing and evolving the services we provide, we are reinforcing our Workplace and Mobility team with a Facilities Coordinator, with a strategic role in the continuous improvement of our operations and the experience of our people.

What you'll do

Develop projects for the implementation of innovative solutions and services, focusing on the employee experience and the efficiency of workspaces, buildings, and infrastructure;
Design and manage improvement projects for buildings and facilities, including the strategic analysis of proposals and negotiation with suppliers and partners, ensuring competitive and sustainable conditions;
Assume a strategic role in the definition and evolution of the workplace and mobility management model, challenging the status quo and proposing improvements that add value to the business and internal teams;
Define, plan, and review the portfolio of services and products available within the scope of Facilities policies, articulating them with business priorities and the area's business planning;
Lead continuous improvement processes for operational activities, repeatedly identifying opportunities for process optimization and transformation;
Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, promoting strategic, efficient partnerships aligned with the desired experience for our people;
Participate actively in the preparation and management of the area's annual budget, ensuring rigorous cost control, monitoring of savings, and follow-up of action plans for NOS buildings;
Monitor the evolution of costs and operational performance, preparing regular reports and translating KPIs into insights and actionable recommendations.
