We are looking for a Project Manager - Facilities & Real Estate, with a focus on hard facilities management, legal compliance, energy management, energy efficiency, and sustainability (ESG) of our real estate portfolio.

What you'll do

You will play a fundamental role in the management and optimization of our corporate buildings in Lisbon (approximately 30,000 m²), with responsibilities including:

Hard Facilities Contract Management: Manage and monitor technical maintenance contracts (HVAC, energy, security, SCI), monitoring SLAs/KPIs and optimizing supplier performance;
Legal Compliance and Audits: Coordinate technical audits and legal inspections, ensuring compliance with safety, energy, and environmental legislation, and managing the associated documentation and action plans;
Utilities Control, Energy Management, Energy Efficiency, and ESG: Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, gas), plan and implement energy management initiatives, propose and implement measures to reduce the carbon footprint, and support the definition, monitoring, and reporting of sustainability and energy efficiency goals;
Project Management and Real Estate/Property Assets: Manage improvement, modernization, and infrastructure optimization projects, supporting investment planning (CAPEX) and the lifecycle of real estate/property assets.
