Organizational Transformation Consultant | Lisbon

• Higher education in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a similar field;
• 2 to 4 years of experience in hybrid functional and technological projects, ideally in high-complexity contexts (consulting, large companies, or cross-functional projects);
• Experience or strong interest in organization and processes (for example, organizational design, governance models, continuous improvement);
• Strong capacity for managing and mobilizing people, even without hierarchical authority;
• High capacity for self-learning and focus on personal and professional development;
• High analytical focus, with the competence to structure problems into logical blocks and raise/test hypotheses;
• High level of dynamism, spirit of initiative, and willingness to challenge the status quo, combined with strong resilience;
• Good communication skills, translating complex concepts and analyses into simple and actionable language;
• Ease of interpersonal relationships and building good working relationships with multidisciplinary teams;
• Strong customer orientation and business sense, always linking solutions to the real impact on operations and the people's experience.

• Actively participate in cross-functional and transformational projects in the areas of HR, facilities, and fleet, focused on improving the internal and external customer experience and increasing operational efficiency;
• Support the identification and implementation of technological and artificial intelligence solutions that improve how we manage people, spaces, and fleet (for example, process automation, decision support, experience improvement);
• Apply analytical and value-capture skills in the design, development, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives;
• Ensure constant focus on the internal customer (people and business areas) and external customer, bringing their voice to decisions;
• Work with Agile methodologies and more classic project management models, choosing the best approach for each challenge;
• Mobilize multidisciplinary teams (HR, operations, IT, finance, external partners, etc.) to ensure organizational alignment and delivery of results;
• Monitor the lifecycle of initiatives, identifying improvement opportunities and maximizing the impact generated;
• Structure, present, and communicate results to different internal stakeholders, supporting decision-making with clear data and insights.
