Business Analyst | Lisbon/Porto

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in Business Analyst and/or Business Intelligence roles, or similar areas;
• Degree in Engineering, Data Science, BI & Analytics, Mathematics/Informatics applied to Management, Management, Economics, or similar;
• Experience in project management, with the ability to mobilize and align matrixed and multidisciplinary teams;
• Analytical thinking and critical spirit;
• Communication skills, adapting the discourse clearly to different stakeholders;
• Curiosity and sensitivity regarding information, being able to organize, digest, and produce insights;
• Autonomy, proactivity, curiosity, and resilience in the search for explanations and solutions;
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and willingness to work in a team;
• Ability to plan and manage priorities.

• Preference for candidates with knowledge of:
• • Oracle PL/SQL and Big Query (Google Cloud Platform);
  • Power BI and advanced Excel (file/Database optimization, dashboards, macros, Power Pivot, etc.);
  • Agile methodologies and requirement and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence);

We are looking for a Business Analyst for the Hub Customer & Corporate Data area.

• Functional gathering of reporting needs and definition of data products that respond to the challenges of internal customers, with the aim of increasing the autonomy and decision-making capacity of NOS teams;
• Analysis and monitoring of NOS corporate, Customer, and Service operational indicators;
• Design and analysis of dashboards that allow for a useful and simple visualization of business indicators, with the presentation of relevant insights regarding the information produced;
• Simplification, improvement, and automation of existing reporting processes, following a logic of continuous efficiency improvement;
• Construction and maintenance of complex and flexible management information structures to respond to business evolution;
• Extraction, organization, and modeling of information in databases;
• Validation of the quality and integrity of processed information, with the ability to autonomously address the resolution of eventual problems;
• Participation in transformation projects and the development of NOS corporate and business management information.
