We are looking for a OPERATIONS MANAGER for our LOGISTICS team in AZAMBUJA/VILA NOVA DA RAINHA and we believe we will be #betterwithyou

Every day, our Logistics supplies Portugal. Warehouse teams receive products from suppliers and pick orders destined for stores or customers throughout the country. A process that happens quickly, safely, and using advanced technology.

• Coordinate and ensure the integrated management of the Distribution Center's logistical operations, guaranteeing compliance with processes, operational objectives, and service levels, through the efficient sizing of human and material resources.
• Lead operational teams and their respective middle management, promoting people development, collaboration, and a positive and motivating work environment, where every team member feels valued, committed, and inspired, reinforcing a culture of safety, health, and well-being.
• Monitor the main performance indicators of the operation, identifying and implementing improvement opportunities that enhance the productivity, quality, and efficiency of the operation.
• Lead and implement continuous improvement and logistical operation transformation projects, that reinforce the efficiency, innovation, productivity, and quality of the operation, aligned with the company's strategy.

• Educational Qualifications: We value higher education in the areas of Management or Logistics;
• Empathy: You will be working with a new team and your ability to understand and connect with colleagues will be essential to building relationships of trust;
• Previous experience in operational team management, preferably in a logistical environment;
• Strong analytical capacity: Reading, interpreting, and presenting performance indicators (KPIs);
• Strong resilience and ability to act under pressure, in dynamic and demanding environments;
• Schedule availability, our warehouses work continuously, in three work shifts, so availability for different schedules is essential;
• Knowledge of continuous improvement (preferred).
