The role
Management of maintenance processes for the fleet of heavy vehicles, semi-trailers, and mobile industrial equipment; Planning, implementation, and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance plans; Monitoring of maintenance performance indicators, proposing continuous improvement actions; Technical monitoring of the fleet and equipment, ensuring availability and reliability; Management and coordination of maintenance teams in a two-shift regime; Management of priorities and optimization of available human and material resources.

Job Requirements and Competency Profile
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering (preferred), or an equivalent professional training area;
- Relevant technical training in the area of automotive, industrial, or fleet management maintenance;
- Minimum professional experience of 3 years;
- Proficiency in the English language;
- Proficiency in the application of LEAN methodology;
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP tools;
- Planning and organization;
- Leadership capacity
