Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher academic education in Engineering, Management, or similar fields;
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in stock management, logistics, planning, or related roles;
Strong work capacity and focus on delivery, with good analytical skills and critical thinking;
Ability to manage suppliers, stakeholders, and work in a team;
Ability to adapt and manage priorities;

Nice to have

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint);
Familiarity with AI tools such as GPT, Claude, others
Experience in SAP will be valued;
Knowledge of VBA, SQL, and Power Pivot will be valued.

What you'll do

To ensure the best experience for our customers across all channels, we believe that efficient stock management is fundamental. If you are passionate about optimizing operations, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time, and continuously improving logistical processes, then this opportunity is for you! In order to evolve the way we manage stock for the Fixed business and Alarms product categories, we are reinforcing the Logistics Department with a Stock Manager.

What we expect from you

Definition of ideal stock levels for all Fixed business equipment (Boxes, Routers, Extenders, etc.) and Alarms (Control panels, cameras, etc.);
Planning and approval of equipment purchases;
Optimization of stock levels;
Contribution to the evolution and structuring of purchase planning tools and processes;
Operational monitoring of suppliers and their respective delivery plans;
Monitoring of forecast fulfillment shared by business areas and management of the relationship with them;
Management of new product launches in coordination with technical and business areas;
