Requirements

- Higher education in Engineering, Management, Logistics, or a similar field;
- Experience in logistics and operational coordination roles;
Nice to have
- Good knowledge of Excel and English (Spanish is valued);

The role
Grupo Ibersol is looking to strengthen its Purchasing and Logistics team in Porto with a Logistics Operational Coordinator. Join us and make your mark!
What you'll do
- Coordinate the Group's logistics operation and monitor Logistics Operators;
- Monitor KPIs, costs, and service levels, identifying opportunities for improvement;
- Monitor stock, orders, and inventory management;
- Participate in budget preparation and the optimization of logistics processes;
- Support contract management and supplier relations;
- Support Management in analyzing logistics operation performance and implementing improvement actions;
- Collaborate in the integration, training, and performance evaluation of the team.
