Customs Ops Support - Dhl Express

The main responsibility of the Gateway Customs Ops Support function is to ensure the smooth running of the Customs Operational process regarding the Import and Export of extra-community parcels.

Performs tasks related to the reading and loading of parcels according to internal procedures, cargo checking and handling. Scans documentation and ensures that the process proceeds without irregularities. Performs warehouse control and ensures the necessary support to the physical import and export process in order to allow its fluidity and effectiveness. Initial On Job training is planned to ensure the success of the new team member and the satisfaction of our customers.

Requirements:

* 12th grade of schooling (preferred)
* Previous experience in Operational support (manual cargo handling) - preferred
* Familiarity with international import and export procedures (preferred)
* Driver's license (ease of commuting to the Airport)
* Language knowledge: English (preferred)
* Experience with Office and ease of adaptation to new IT systems
* Good time management / flexibility and availability / orientation towards teamwork
* Commitment to Excellence (professional pride, responsibility and a desire to do things well)
