Senior IT Support Technician (Prior Velho)

We are looking for a Senior IT Support Technician to join a team responsible for providing technological support to users, ensuring the operational continuity of the organization's IT systems and equipment.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users;
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to hardware, software, and operating systems;
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment;
• Ensure the correct functioning of workstations and productivity tools;
• Collaborate in administration and support activities for server and network infrastructures;
• Apply IT support and operation procedures and best practices;
• Contribute to the normalization and standardization of technological processes;
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
