The role
What you'll do
- Manage the fleet of machinery and equipment assigned to construction sites, in compliance with the Environment and Safety Plans and applicable legislation;
- Ensure the adequate distribution of machinery and equipment on site, controlling their presence on site, in order to guarantee an adequate and timely response to requests from the Site Management;
- Guarantee the operability of equipment on site, promoting its repair whenever necessary, as well as ensuring the respective required documentation;
- In accordance with the equipment maintenance plan, ensure preventive and corrective interventions in order to guarantee the proper functioning of the equipment;
- Comply with the Environment and Safety Plans defined for the site, regularly verifying the safety conditions of the equipment;
- In coordination with the Driver/Operator Management Manager, support the Site Management and the General Foreman in the management of operators and drivers, ensuring they have the necessary training to operate the respective equipment.
Job Requirements and Competency Profile
- 12th grade of schooling (preferred);
- Minimum professional experience of 2 years in functions within the logistics and equipment management area;
- Technical knowledge of construction and public works equipment;
- Knowledge in the area of equipment maintenance and logistics;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Proactivity, dynamism, and autonomy;
- Responsibility, rigor, and reliability;
