The Support Operational staff member performs all the functions and responsibilities of a Store Operational staff member, and additionally, plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager (RL) in daily management and operational tasks. Their main mission is to ensure excellent customer service, perform efficient and effective replenishment of items, and ensure product quality, actively contributing to the provision of excellent customer service and the operational efficiency of the store, assuming specific responsibilities and greater autonomy on a shift basis.

• Quality Service: Ensure quality service in all areas of the store, whether in replenishment, counter, or checkout.

• Customer Relationship: Promote a relationship of proximity and trust with the customer, following the current service model and established procedures.

• Stock Correction: Perform daily correction of incorrect stocks to contribute to their reliability

• Product Replenishment and Organization: Perform the replenishment and organization of products on the shelves, ensuring their correct display.

• Customer Support: Accompany and guide the customer in the store, clarifying doubts about products, prices, among others.

• Production and Counter Service: Perform daily production of items according to the production map, and carry out service at the counter.

• Checkout Service: Perform checkout service according to the established service model, ensuring all procedures for registration, charging, suggestive selling, and customer loyalty.

• Quality Control and Food Safety: Verify the expiration date and quality of products, complying with food safety and hygiene standards.

• Control Recording: Perform HACCP records, traceability, and temperature measurements.

• Cleaning and Organization: Perform daily assigned tasks of cleaning, disinfection, store tidying, and waste separation.

• Price Management: Perform the printing of markdown labels and carry out immediate RRP changes PF, particularly when assuming store support on a shift basis.

• Organization and operational support of the team*: Ensure the work standard of the day and organize the operational support of the team regarding unforeseen events and when assuming store support on a shift basis.

• Daily Cash Management: Perform the verification of the cash float at the opening and closing of the store, perform the count of the day's revenue, and proceed with necessary cash drops.

• Monitoring of Cash-in-Transit: Accompany the cash-in-transit company, if it occurs during the store opening period, especially in the absence of the RL.

• Read and execute the guidelines and procedures contained in the daily store memorandum to ensure operational compliance, guaranteeing its application and, if necessary, dissemination to the team.

• Comply with other responsibilities that may be clearly identified, necessary for the pursuit of the Organization's objectives.
