• Higher education in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a relevant technical area;
• Reference professional experience of at least 5 years, preferably in an industrial context;
• Consolidated experience in technical project management, process analysis and validation, industrial technologies, and structured problem-solving;
• Knowledge in the areas of Production, Production Management, Process Technology and Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Food Safety;
• Ability to analyze complex problems, identify their respective root causes, and develop technically robust solutions;
• Critical thinking, autonomy, adaptation, and flexibility;
• Good communication skills in an industrial context;
• Intermediate level English knowledge, preferably.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGE
Embedded in the Industrial Direction, the collaborator will assume the following responsibilities:
• Lead the analysis of process performance and industrial operations, identifying improvement opportunities and developing solutions that promote gains in efficiency, quality, food safety, and competitiveness;
• Define and develop operational parameters, process requirements, and industrial solutions, supporting decision-making and the resolution of highly complex problems;
• Coordinate the preparation and execution of industrial tests, validations, facility startups, and process changes;
• Ensure the technical robustness of implemented solutions, as well as compliance with technical, quality, and food safety requirements;
• Act as a technical reference for the operational, maintenance, and engineering teams;
• Support the identification of root causes of problems, as well as the definition and implementation of corrective actions;
• Participate in industrial projects and continuous improvement initiatives, promoting gains in efficiency, quality, safety, and sustainability;
• Consolidate, document, and share standards and best practices, ensuring their respective application;
• Contribute to the development of professionals with less seniority, through mentoring, training, and technical guidance;
• Supervise critical or more complex activities, whenever necessary.
