Inside Sales Representative | Swimming Pools and Equipment Sector | Sintra

• Gross monthly base salary: 1,400 €
• Objective-based bonuses (customers acquired, sales volume, commercial margin, recovery / reactivation of customers, fulfillment of sales visit plans, etc.).
• Meal allowance: 230 € on a card.

A company representing the main brands of equipment and materials for swimming pools intends to strengthen its sales team through the hiring of an Inside Sales Consultant.

Main Responsibilities

• Prospecting and acquiring new customers;
• Management, development, and loyalty of the customer portfolio;
• Reactivation of inactive customers and identification of new business opportunities;
• Commercial contact through telephone, e-mail, and other digital channels;
• Identification of needs and presentation of suitable solutions;
• Conducting sales meetings and customer follow-up;
• Preparation, presentation, and negotiation of commercial proposals;
• Objection handling and closing deals;
• After-sales follow-up and ensuring customer satisfaction;
• Conducting regular sales visits to customers and potential customers;
• Continuous monitoring and follow-up of commercial opportunities.

• Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00;
• Work location: Linhó - Sintra.
