Operational and Commercial Support Technician (Automotive Sector) (m/f/x)

• Minimum qualifications at the 12th-grade level;

• Experience in in-person service and commercial contact with customers;

• Negotiation skills, ensuring consistency with the commercial policy;

• Genuine interest in the automotive industry;

• Driving license mandatory.

• Support the selection, evaluation, and preparation of vehicles, including pre-delivery inspection (general check-up, cleaning, fuel, and AdBlue);

• Accompany scheduled and unscheduled customer visits to the lot, ensuring quality in-person service;

• Ensure support for the commercial process, including occasional replacement of the person in charge during in-person sales, within defined guidelines;

• Prepare sales documentation, invoicing, and support for financing processes;

• Present financing proposals to the customer, in accordance with internal guidelines;

• Coordinate the delivery of the vehicle to the customer, ensuring the collection of signatures and the correct administrative closing of the process.
