We are looking for an After Sales Sales Consultant to join the Trucks and Buses - Volvo Trucks team, operating in the North region of Portugal.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of potential after-sales service customers, identifying their needs and expectations;
- Actively seek business opportunities within the assigned portfolio, together with the After-Sales Units;
- Prospecting new customers and business opportunities;
- Proactively promote the sale of Service Contracts and other complementary services;
- Fulfill the defined visit plan and report activity results;
- Identify and report competitor activity.
What do we expect from you?
- 12th Grade of Schooling;
- Technical knowledge of the automotive sector;
- Aptitude and vocation for the commercial area;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Ease of communication and interpersonal relationships;
- Proficiency in IT tools from a user perspective.
