We are reinforcing a sales team for a flagship project in the banking sector and we are looking for professionals with a strong sales orientation, negotiation skills, and motivation to work towards objectives.

Integrated into an Outbound Sales team, you will be responsible for telephone contact with customers and potential customers, with the aim of identifying commercial opportunities and presenting financial solutions suited to their needs.

• Performing Outbound telephone contacts for commercial purposes;
• Promoting and selling Personal Credit and Credit Cards;
• Identifying business needs and opportunities;
• Presenting the characteristics and conditions of financial products in a clear and accurate manner;
• Developing a commercial approach adjusted to each customer's profile;
• Arguing, negotiating, and managing objections;
• Conducting the sales process with a focus on closing the sale;
• Ensuring the correct clarification of commercial and contractual conditions;
• Collecting and validating the data and documentation necessary for the formalization of processes;
• Registering and monitoring all commercial activity in CRM and internal platforms;
• Complying with the quality and compliance procedures applicable to the banking sector;
• Working consistently to meet and exceed individual and team commercial objectives.
