Finance Technician | Lisbon – Parque das Nações

- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Management, or similar fields.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance roles.

- Experience in at least one of the following areas: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Treasury; cross-functional experience in all three areas will be valued.

- Experience in supplier management, payments, and reconciliations.

- Good knowledge of SAP.

- Good knowledge of Excel.

- Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

- Immediate availability.

- Fluent English.

A leading multinational in the Telecommunications sector seeks to strengthen its team through the hiring of a Finance Technician.

- Execution of reimbursements, direct debits, bank integrations (XRT), account opening, bank reconciliations, and control of financial flows.

- Processing of returns, management of payments to agents (including urgent payments), control of insufficient funds orders, and returned checks.

- Management and monitoring of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

- Management of supplier relationships, validation and processing of invoices, monitoring of payments, and resolution of discrepancies.

- Performing accounting entries, cash management, and reconciliation of customer and supplier current accounts.

- Preparation of collection files, monitoring of receipts, and management of the payment calendar.

- Support for treasury activities, including control of bank movements and monitoring of the daily treasury position.

- Document organization (PDFs, scans, and financial archiving).

- Preparation of reports, collaboration with group treasury, support for financial planning, and implementation of operational improvements.
