Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales roles or B2B business development;
- Experience and knowledge of the real estate, construction, or related sectors;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented profile;
Nice to have
- A network of contacts in the sector will be valued.
- Experience in companies related to construction, automation, HVAC, window frames, blinds, kitchens, or household appliances;
- Knowledge of Smart Home or KNX solutions.

The role
NOS Smart Home aims to strengthen its sales team with a Business Developer to develop business with real estate developers, builders, architects, and other strategic partners in the construction and housing sector.

- Manage relationships with clients and partners in the real estate sector;
- Present, negotiate, and close commercial proposals;
- Follow up on projects and represent NOS at industry events.
