Requirements
What we're looking for
- 12th grade or technical-professional training in the management area
(higher education in Management, Accounting, Economics or similar areas is valued); - Strong command of Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros;
- High analytical capacity and attention to detail;
- Good communication skills, both oral and written;
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and ease of working in a team;
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Power BI;
- Previous experience in similar roles will be valued.
The role
RHmais is recruiting a Management Control Technician to join the CRM area of the B2C Directorate of a prestigious client in the telecommunications sector, to reinforce the Planning and Control - Advertising team.
What you'll do
- Analyze and interpret business indicators, supporting strategic decision-making;
- Monitor and analyze billing for the advertising area;
- Prepare and send billing reports to various channels;
- Perform variance analysis, interpretation of results, and performance control;
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts;
- Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced models in Excel;
- Support the management team with regular reporting and ad-hoc analyses to support management.
