Requirements
What we're looking for
- Degree in Management, Marketing, Psychology, HR, Communication, Education/Training or similar.
- Experience in sales training and/or development of training content.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and sales team dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience in e-learning/video and LMS platforms is valued.
- Good communication, organization, creativity and results orientation.

What you'll do
- Assessment of training needs with sales teams.
- Development of sales training content (product, behavioral, technical).
- Production and updating of manuals, support materials and video lessons/microlearning.
- Planning and management of training projects.
- Design and facilitation of training pathways and engagement actions with the training catalogue.
