WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGE

Embedded within the Operations Planning Department, the collaborator will assume the following responsibilities:

• Propose and ensure the planning of production and distribution needs for the logistics centers, attending to business and industrial variables, ensuring the organization's delivery capacity;
• Analyze sales forecasts/sales performance in the market and in the logistics centers;
• Manage stock expiration dates with analysis of compliance with the agreed expiration rules for market supply;
• Define and propose the development and standardization of processes and best practices suitable for operations planning activity, based on business needs and requirements;
• Monitor efficiency, technological optimization, and innovation projects in industrial planning and operations, ensuring proper coordination with internal and external areas;
• Define and monitor Operations Planning management indicators.

• Higher education (Bachelor's/Master's) in Management, Engineering, or Logistics;
• Professional experience of at least 2 years in similar roles;
• Experience with SAP, preferably APO;
• Knowledge of international trade (preferred)
• IT knowledge from a user perspective, good command of advanced Excel;
• Knowledge of English;
• Good analytical capacity;
• Critical spirit, flexibility, and resilience
