Supervisor - North

Suma, a waste collection company, intends to strengthen its structure by hiring a professional for the Operations Area.

We are looking for a professional with experience and leadership skills to supervise and coordinate operational teams in the urban waste management sector. This role is fundamental to ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality execution of services, on a daily basis

• Minimum of 2 years of experience;
• Experience in Waste management (urban collection and cleaning)
• IT knowledge from a user perspective in a Windows environment and particularly Excel;
• Knowledge of the Waste sector;
• Experience in Team Management;
• Planning and Organization capacity;
• Ease of communication;
• Responsibility, dynamism, and spirit of initiative;
• Availability to work extended and night shifts;
• Heavy vehicle driver's license (preferred)

Direct contract with the Company
Bonuses (according to performance evaluation)
Health Insurance after 6 months of contract
