Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher education in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Informatics, or similar areas;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Data Analysis roles;
Solid knowledge of Python and/or R;
Experience with SQL and database manipulation;
Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker;
Experience in developing Machine Learning models, predictive models, and time series;
Analytical capacity, critical thinking, and problem-solving orientation;
Good communication and the ability to translate data into clear insights.

Nice to have

Knowledge of Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Fabric, and/or Databricks will be valued;
Experience in the FMCG sector (valued);

What you'll do

Embedded within the Information Systems & Data Directorate, the collaborator will assume the following responsibilities:

Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data;
Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms;
Identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities;
Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (business, technology, product, marketing, operations);
Translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions;
AI-First mindset, proactively using artificial intelligence tools and accelerators to optimize data analysis, model development, and daily tasks.
Ensure the quality, integrity, and reliability of data.
