WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGE
Embedded in the Marketing Department, at Hug Digital, the collaborator will assume the following responsibilities:
• Define and evolve the Martech strategy, aligned with business objectives;
• Manage and optimize the digital ecosystem (websites, landing pages, and other assets), ensuring performance and consistency;
• Lead email marketing, automation, and first-party data activation initiatives;
• Implement and ensure the quality of analytics, tracking, and performance measurement solutions;
• Identify and integrate new Artificial Intelligence tools and solutions with real impact on the business;
• Manage budget and technological partners, ensuring efficiency and return;
• Ensure legal compliance, security, and digital best practices;
• Empower internal teams, promoting a culture of innovation and digital literacy.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Degree in Marketing, Management, Information Systems, or similar areas;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Martech, digital marketing, or technology applied to marketing;
• Experience in FMCG (preferred);
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Microsoft Clarity, Monday.com, Power BI, Power Automate, WordPress, among others;
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) and automation platforms;
• Practical understanding of automation, workflows, and AI application in a real context;
• Knowledge of cloud environments (Microsoft Azure is valued);
• Strong analytical capacity, strategic thinking, and project management skills;
• Dynamic, curious profile, oriented towards innovation and results, with team spirit.
