What we're looking for
- Higher education in Management, Economics, Engineering, or an area with a strong analytical component;
- Experience in data analysis, controlling, or operational reporting roles;
- Ease in working with large volumes of information and in building clear analyses from complex data;
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar);
- Ability to communicate with different audiences by adjusting the level of detail and language;
- Rigor, autonomy, and critical thinking to distinguish what is relevant from what is noise;
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn about technical and maintenance operations.

The role
We are looking for an Operational Maintenance Controller for our Maintenance team, and we believe we will be #Betterwithyou!
What you'll do
- Monitor and track the performance of the maintenance operation across the entire store network, identifying trends and flagging situations that require intervention;
- Build and maintain the dashboards and reports that support decision-making - from the field teams to Administration;
- Prepare periodic performance analyses for different management forums, ensuring that information reaches the right interlocutor with clarity and in the appropriate format;
- Cross-reference information from different sources (operational, financial, energy) to produce an integrated and reliable view of the maintenance operation;
- Work side by side with technical and management teams to ensure that data is interpreted with the necessary operational context;
- Define and review the performance indicators to be monitored, ensuring they reflect operational reality and support decision-making.
