Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, or similar areas.
Controlling skills, namely cost analysis and budget control, especially applied to the Human Resources area;
Strong analytical capacity, with experience in the management and monitoring of performance indicators;
Solid knowledge of SAP/Success Factors, advanced Excel, Power BI and VBA (preferred).
English knowledge (intermediate level)
Strong orientation towards results, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
Teamwork spirit and capacity to lead projects with different internal areas and external partners.

What you'll do

Embedded within the People Department, the collaborator will assume the following responsibilities:

Ensure the updating and management of key People indicators.
Ensure reporting and propose improvement actions based on analysis.
Control the analytical processes of the People Department, namely, benefits management, People budget, and personnel costs, ensuring the bridge with the Management Planning and Control area.
Contribute to the development and improvement of HR platforms, ensuring that these are aligned with the processes and objectives of the organization;
Collaborate with the Information Systems area to make people management systems more agile.
