-Plan and schedule production, taking into account line capacity and material availability.
-Manage the flow of materials, from receipt to dispatch, ensuring stock optimization.
-Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products.
-Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
-Implement and monitor logistics optimization plans, aiming for cost reduction and increased efficiency.
-Proactively resolve planning and logistics problems, minimizing impacts on production.
-Collaborate closely with production, purchasing, and sales teams to align strategies and operations.
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial Management, Mechanical, Electronic or similar) or relevant areas such as Logistics Management or Production Management.
-Proven professional experience in materials planning, scheduling, or logistics roles, preferably in the automotive sector.
-Solid knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or similar) and advanced planning tools.
-Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on results.
-Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a multidisciplinary team.
-Availability to work in Palmela.
