The role

What you'll do

  • Active participation in the manufacturing operations of medicinal products for human use in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices, namely, manual and technological operations leading to the final pharmaceutical form, according to the weekly manufacturing plan and following specific manufacturing instructions (e.g., weighing of raw materials, mixing processes, granulation, compression, capsule filling, coating, packaging of semi-finished products);
  • Control of various manufacturing processes, evaluation of results, and completion of related documentation;
  • Execution of tasks supporting the manufacturing of medicines, namely through the preparation of equipment and its formats, their assembly, adjustments, and operation, in accordance with established internal procedures;
  • Execution of auxiliary tasks such as the cleaning of equipment, formats, production areas, and basic maintenance operations;
  • Daily interaction with other departments directly related to the manufacturing of medicines (e.g., Warehouse, Packaging, Maintenance, Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Compliance, Galenic Development);
  • Respect for the Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety standards in force in the Company.

Requirements

  • 12th year of schooling (level 3 or 4 of the National Qualifications Framework) preferably in the area of Electromechanics; Mechanics; Electricity; Electronics; Laboratory Analysis;
  • Availability to work in 3 shifts (7:30/16:00 - 15:30/24:00 - 23:30/8:00);
  • IT knowledge from a user perspective;
  • Knowledge of English;
  • Responsibility and organizational capacity;
  • Good interpersonal relationships;
  • Willingness to learn;
  • Dedication;
  • Decision-making capacity and proactivity.
