Definition, industrialization, and optimization of manufacturing processes for composite structures, ensuring quality, repeatability, and efficiency in production. As a technical reference in the field, you will ensure the link between product engineering, quality, and production, and support the technical development of the team.

• Definition, development (under the supervision of development and product) and optimization of composite manufacturing processes;

• Preparation and maintenance of work instructions, lamination plans, process sheets, and cure cycles;

• Industrialization of new products, ensuring the transfer from engineering to production and supporting part design according to DFM principles;

• Specification, development, and validation of molds and tooling (lamination molds, assembly and bonding jigs);

• Defect analysis (porosity, delamination, wrinkles, dry zones) and root cause analysis, with the implementation of corrective and preventive actions;

• Definition and monitoring of process KPIs, leadership of continuous improvement projects;

• Qualification of materials and processes, including mechanical testing and non-destructive testing, in collaboration with Quality;

• Specification and monitoring of the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of equipment (autoclave, ovens, cleanroom, automatic cutting table);

• Technical management of composite materials, support for problem-solving and the implementation of mature and standardized production processes;

• Promotion of hygiene, safety, and environmental standards in the handling of resins, solvents, and fibers, ensuring the correct use of PPE.

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Materials Engineering, or a similar field;

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in composite process engineering, preferably in the aeronautical, aerospace, or defense sector;

• Proficiency in composite manufacturing processes (prepreg, autoclave, infusion, RTM) and materials (carbon fiber, glass and aramid, resins);

• Knowledge of laminate definition tools - valued;

• Experience with quality and continuous improvement tools;

• CAD knowledge (SolidWorks or similar);

• Knowledge of aeronautical quality standards and traceability requirements;

• Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, spoken and written (C1 level or higher);

• Ease in problem-solving, with a proactive, analytical, methodical, and data-driven approach;

• Capacity for technical leadership, mentoring, and working in multidisciplinary teams;

• Good communication, organizational skills, and priority management;

• Availability for occasional travel to suppliers, customers, and other group facilities.
