Requirements
What we're looking for
Completed secondary education (mandatory);
Proven experience in Warehouse Operator or similar roles;
Experience operating a forklift;
Forklift operator certificate (mandatory);
Have a driver's license;
Ability to work in a team and under pressure, meeting established deadlines.
Sense of responsibility, organization, attention to detail, and good communication;
Residency near the Pinhal Novo area or ease of commuting.
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
Base salary: 950€,
Meal allowance: 10.20€/ day (on a meal card);
Annual bonus: up to 950€;
Monthly productivity bonus: between 50€ and 150€;
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm;
Possibility of integration into the client's company;
Work location: Pinhal Novo.
The role
A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting an Equipment Collection Operator (m/f/x) for a leading company in the waste management sector, located in Pinhal Novo, Setúbal.
What you'll do
Weighing, sorting, and packaging of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and batteries (B);
Driving a forklift or stacker;
Reception, management, and storage of materials and equipment;
Preparation of orders for shipment, ensuring correct palletization and packaging;
Movement of loads using handling equipment, such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks;
Stock control, accurately recording entries and exits in the system;
Maintenance of warehouse organization and cleanliness, in compliance with safety and hygiene standards;
Collaboration in physical inventory and quality control of products
Driving a light commercial vehicle, accessing private homes in order to collect electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and batteries (B).
