Regional Stock Analyst - Porto Zone

• Define and parameterize good stock availability in my region, ensuring the monitoring of Supplier - Store OTIF;

• Guarantee the entire planning and operationalization journey of the commercial strategy for the stores in my ZDV;

• Ensure the quality and commercial attractiveness of the shelf display;

• Monitor stock availability on the shelf display;

• Define and propose stock optimization plans within the logistics space;

• Follow up weekly on visual out-of-stocks with concrete plans to reduce out-of-stocks with store stock and computer-based out-of-stocks;

• Participate in Store Committees to share and define action plans for the improvement of the main stock management KPIs;

• Follow up with Management Committees on action plans for the improvement of stock availability and quality;

• Monitor and follow up on the action plans defined with the store teams.

• Educational qualifications at the bachelor's degree level;

• Professional experience between 3 to 5 years;

• Good computer skills from a user perspective;

• Ease of interpersonal relationships and teamwork;

• Proactivity and a sense of responsibility;

• Ability to work autonomously and to make decisions.
