Factory Director Assistant - Prefabricated Products (m/f)

What you'll do

Collaborate in the coordination and planning of the manufacturing unit's production activities regarding the monthly planning of production quantities, the definition of priorities, the management of daily activities, and the supervision of mold design

Supervise production activity and collaborate in project and budget analysis, controlling production quality and identifying opportunities for improvement at the level of manufacturing processes and procedures, while monitoring the production process

Collaborate in the coordination of material resources assigned to the manufacturing unit, identifying needs for acquisition, maintenance, or disposal, as well as ensuring the updating of the respective documentation

Collaborate in financial control activities regarding adjustments to trial balances, analysis and reporting of financial indicators, and decisions on the acquisition of fast-wearing equipment

Coordinate the human resources assigned to the manufacturing unit, defining forecast and operational needs

Monitor and control compliance with procedures inherent to quality, environmental, and safety plans, as well as ensure the organization and maintenance of the manufacturing unit

Collaborate in the identification of innovative products and solutions in the market, in the area of Prefabricated Products

Conduct market research, in coordination with the Procurement Department, with a view to achieving the best purchasing conditions for the necessary raw materials and components.
