WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGE

Embedded in the Operations Planning Area, the collaborator will assume the following responsibilities:

• Plan the production needs of the factories and monitor the availability of finished products throughout the entire chain;
• Analyze sales forecasts / sales performance in the market and their impacts on production needs;
• Develop the production schedule, taking into account planning needs and their priorities, and ensure the creation of the respective production orders;
• Monitor the execution of the production plan and develop proposals for corrective measures regarding deviations from needs planning and production scheduling;
• Develop and monitor management indicators defined by the area, focusing on production performance indicators and service levels, proposing improvement actions;
• Manage stock expiration dates with analysis of compliance with agreed expiration rules for market supply / redistribution between centers and specific clearance of expiring stock;

• Higher education in Management, Logistics, or Engineering (preferred);
• Experience with SAP, preferably APO;
• Experience in production planning / distribution (preferred);
• Analytical knowledge and proactivity in problem-solving
• Good IT knowledge from a user perspective, with good command of advanced Excel;
• Knowledge of English;
