We are looking for a Contract & Project Management Analyst for Carnaxide, Lisbon. Join us!

Embedded within the Administrative & Financial Directorate, the collaborator will assume the following responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with agreed conditions.
• Ensure the control and recording of financial responsibilities associated with contracts.
• Guarantee the resolution of administrative and financial discrepancies with clients.
• Prepare reports and financial analyses to support different activities of the Financial directorate
• Support the implementation and improvement of internal processes and procedures.
• Prepare information and presentations to support decision-making.
• Monitor internal and external audits, ensuring the availability of necessary information.
• Coordinate the implementation of the Container Policy and monitor its operational execution.
• Support the implementation of technological developments in the Financial Directorate

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Informatics, Management Informatics, Information Systems or similar, or also in economic areas (Accounting, Management, Finance,...) with complementary training/experience in informatics;
• Professional experience up to 2 years, in roles involving the implementation of digital improvements;
• Knowledge of Management, Accounting, Auditing and Taxation is valued;

• Strong analytical capacity and critical thinking;
• Capacity for organization, planning and priority management;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Capacity to innovate with creative digital solutions in process improvement.
