WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGE
Embedded within the People Department, the collaborator will assume the following responsibilities:
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Organizational Development processes, specifically regarding:
Organizational structure models;
Identification and management of critical roles and functional families;
Talent Management models;
Potential mapping and talent matrices;
Career management, succession plans, and internal mobility.
• Develop, implement, and drive Organizational Culture and Employee Experience initiatives, promoting engagement, satisfaction, and employee well-being.
• Support strategic projects in the People area, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Produce analyses, indicators, and reports to support decision-making.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Higher Education in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a similar field;
• Minimum professional experience of 3 to 4 years in the People area, with a special focus on Talent Management and Development;
• Previous experience in Human Resources consulting will be valued;
• Ease in using digital systems and platforms, such as SuccessFactors;
• High sense of responsibility, creativity, and critical thinking;
• Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and adaptation to different contexts.
